ok if all yor answers are yes you will need this

1)go into recovery mode (hold r whilst booting)
2)select toggle usb
3)copy the recovery folder to GAME folder on your memstick
4)exit the toggle usb option
5)whilst in recovery select RUN PROGRAMME AT PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP
this will now downgrade you back to 1.50,just simply reupgrade to 3.71m33-2
and next time back up your flash0 before you mess around with it.
