Joseph Santini is an honest cop in Grant City's most elite squad, the Grant City Anti-Crime Unit, commonly referred to as GAC Squad. During the heroic rescue of an undercover police officer, Santini stumbles upon a huge shipment of state-of-the-art military weaponry.
